FAQs

What ingredients are used to make Felix’s Famous Cookies?

Our cookies include the following ingredients: Enriched unbleached wheat flour, vegetable shortening, water, sugar (or powdered sugar), and cinnamon.  Our chocolate cookies contain dry milk.

Do you have any information on allergies?
Yes we do.  All our cookies contain soy and wheat ingredients.  Cookies that do not contain nuts are manufactured on equipment shared with products containing nuts.

 

Do you ship Felix’s Famous Cookies?

We ship only within the continental United States on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure freshness. If you place your order after 6:00 am (Central Time), your cookies will be sent on the next possible ship date.

 

Can I have my order delivered in San Antonio instead of having it shipped?

Delivery is available within the San Antonio, TX / Bexar County area.  When placing your on-line order, type the delivery address in the shipping information area, then select "Local Delivery" as your shipping option.  You will receive an email once your cookies are out for delivery. 

 

Do you offer Catering or Cookie Trays?

We would love to help you with your next event.  Our cookie trays start at $35.00 for up to 3 flavors.  Local delivery is available at an additional cost.  Please email us for more information about your custom order cookie tray at info@felixsfamouscookies.com.

Can you make custom cookie shapes and/or party favors?

We offer a wide variety of cookie shapes to meet your needs.  All party favors are individually wrapped in a bag and tied with a stock color ribbon of your choice.  Please email us to request your custom shape at  info@felixsfamouscookies.com.  Prices may vary depending on size of cookies.  Local delivery is available at an additional cost.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, the best method to place a larger order is to e-mail us the information for your multiple address shipment, or to include all information in an excel spreadsheet.  The e-mail can be sent to info@felixsfamouscookies.com.  Please make sure your e-mail includes the following information:

    • Your name, billing address and daytime phone number
    • The names, addresses and phone numbers of the recipients
    • What item each person should receive
    • The message you would like enclosed with each item
    • When the items should be shipped

    We will contact you to confirm receipt and total of your e-mail order and ask you to provide your credit card number, expiration date, and security code at that time.  

    How do I track my package?

    Once your cookies have shipped out you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Use the tracking number at www.ups.com or www.usps.com to watch the progress of your package from our door to yours! If you do not have access to the internet give us a call - have your order number ready and we will track your package for you!
     

    How long will my cookies retain their quality and freshness?

    Our cookies are packaged to retain freshness and that “melt-in-your-mouth” sensation. Once opened, we recommend they are consumed within 10 days of opening.

     

    Can I freeze my cookies?

    Yes, you may freeze your cookies for up to six months and they will taste as good as the day we baked them when you defrost them.

     

    What if I am not satisfied with my cookies?

    We at Felix’s Famous Cookies work very hard to ensure that our products taste as good as they look and are packaged to arrive safe and sound to their final destination. We are confident our products and services will exceed your expectations, if you are not totally satisfied, we want to know about it and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied. Just call or e-mail one of our customer service members and they will assist you promptly.
